Any abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.
5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in activities is undertaken at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 442 Football Park shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse, negligence of the user, or failure to follow instructions.
6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The most current version published on our platforms shall prevail.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Pitch Bookings – Refunds

Refunds for pitch bookings are permitted only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hoursbefore the scheduled booking time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are strictly non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method only.
2. Packages – No Refunds

All packages, bundles, memberships, and promotional offers are non-refundable in all cases.

Unused package sessions or credits are not redeemable for cash.
3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests for pitch bookings may be accepted if submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
4. Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Service fees, if any, are non-refundable.
